Pretty Drip Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pretty Drip! Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery estimates, and lost/missing packages.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Please allow:

  • 2–4 business days for order processing

  • 5–7 business days during high-volume seasons, promotions, or new drops

Processing time does not include weekends or transit time.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited/Express shipping: As shown at checkout

  • International shipping: Delivery times vary by destination

These are estimates provided by carriers — Pretty Drip cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered,” but you did not receive the package, see Section 6


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Pretty Drip is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/suite numbers

  • Misdelivered packages due to address errors

We cannot edit shipping addresses once an order has been placed.


5. Shipping Delays

Pretty Drip is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Natural disasters

  • High order volume

Once your package is with the carrier, delivery is out of our control.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your leasing office

  2. Verify the shipping address on your order

  3. Contact the carrier directly

Pretty Drip is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.


7. Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned to us if:

  • The address is invalid

  • The mailbox is full

  • Delivery is refused

  • Carrier could not deliver

Returned packages will be processed as a store credit minus the original shipping cost.
We cannot reship returned-to-sender packages. You must place a new order using the issued store credit.

8. Pre-Orders & New Drops

For pre-orders or popular launches:

  • Shipping times may be extended

  • Pre-order items ship on the estimated date listed on the product page

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may ship together


9. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties and taxes

  • Import charges

These fees are not included in shipping costs.

Delays may occur during customs processing.
