Pretty Drip Return & Refund Policy

Pretty Drip is committed to providing quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept eligible returns in exchange for store credit only. Please review the full policy below before sending items back.
1. Store Credit Only
All returns are refunded in the form of store credit, issued as a code that can be applied at checkout.

Store credit codes will be sent via email once your return is processed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and have all original tags attached.

Items must be free of stains, deodorant marks, makeup, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear.

All packaging and accessories must be included.

These items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
3. Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after the package is received by our Returns Department.
Once approved, you will receive your store credit code by email.
4. Shipping Your Return
Pretty Drip does not provide prepaid return labels.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returned items.
We strongly recommend:

Using a tracked shipping service

Keeping your receipt and tracking number
Pretty Drip is not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

A clear photo of the issue

A short description of the problem
If the issue is not reported within 2 days, we may not be able to issue store credit.
6. Returned-to-Sender or Refused Packages
Your package may be returned to us by the carrier if:

The address is invalid or incomplete

The carrier is unable to deliver

The package is refused at delivery
Returned packages will be restocked, and a store credit will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
We cannot reship refused or returned-to-sender packages.
Please place a new order using your store credit.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Pretty Drip is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect information
We cannot modify addresses after orders have been placed.
8. Reserved Rights
Pretty Drip reserves the right to refuse or limit returns from customers who exhibit:

Excessive or unusual return patterns

Signs of “wardrobing” (wearing and returning)

Returning worn, altered, or damaged items

Suspected fraudulent activity
We may also refuse service to any customer engaging in such behavior.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges by mail.
If you would like a different size or color:

Return your item per our Return Policy

Wait for your store credit

Place a new order for your desired item
Note: We cannot guarantee items will be in stock at the time of re-purchase.
10. Stale Returns
Returns received after the 14-day window are considered stale and may not be eligible for store credit. These items may be returned to the customer at their expense.
11. How to Submit a Return
Pack your item(s) securely in original packaging and include:

The original packing slip

A completed return request form (if included in your order)
